An extensive variety of food stains teeth. Tomatoes, curry spices and berries contain pigments that stick to tooth enamel and stain the surface. Even healthy salads with balsamic vinegar dressing could leave unwanted color on your teeth.

 10. Drinks

Coffee, tea, red wine and white wine are the most common causes of yellow teeth. Other drinks may include sodas or sports drinks that contain artificial flavors.
